Kosta Ligris is a seasoned entrepreneur and strategic advisor with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing ventures across professional services and technology. As a founding partner at Fend, he leads strategy, operations, and innovation—helping position the firm as a modern, tech-enabled insurance provider. His experience spans legal, real estate, fintech, and financial services, where he has founded and led multiple successful companies, including a nationally recognized law firm, a title agency, and a fintech startup.

Kosta brings deep expertise in advising regulated businesses on compliance, cybersecurity, and operational strategy, with a focus on navigating complexity while driving growth. He holds a J.D. with honors from Suffolk University Law School, an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a B.S. in Physiology and Chemistry from Boston University. He is currently completing a Master’s in Information Systems and Cybersecurity at UC Berkeley.
